Emoluments:

Medical officers –> ₹ 15600 – 39100/- plus Grade Pay ₹ 5400/- plus Non Practicing Allowance at the rate of 25% of Basic Pay (Pay + Grade Pay), Dearness allowances and any other allowances as admissible under Rules would be admissible as per the Central Government orders/provision in existence and as amended from time to time.

Specialist Medical Officers –> ₹ 15600 – 39100/- plus Grade pay ₹ 6600/- plus Non Practicing Allowance at the rate of 25% of Basic Pay (Pay + Grade pay), Dearness allowances and any other allowances as admissible under rules would be admissible as per the Central Government orders/provision in existence and as amended from time to time.

Educational Qualifications:

Medical Officers (Assistant Commandant) 

(a) A recognized medical qualification of allopathic system of medicines included in the first or second schedule or Part-ll of third schedule (other than licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-ll of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in Sub Section (3) of Section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. The applicant must have permanent registration from any State Medical Council/MCI before appointment in any of the CAPFs.
(b) Completion Of compulsory rotating internship Candidates who may be undergoing the rotating internship shall be eligible to apply and appear for the interview provided that if selected, they shall have satisfactory completed the compulsory internship before appointment.

Specialist Medical Officers (Deputy Commandant) 

(a) A recognized medical qualification of allopathic system of medicines included in the first or second schedule or Part-ll of the third schedule (other than licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-ll of third schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in Sub Section (3) of Section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. The applicant must have permanent registration from any State Medical Council/MCI before appointment in any of the CAPFs.
(b) Completion of compulsory rotating internship.
(c) A Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in the concerned specialty mentioned in Section ‘A’ or in Section ‘B’ in Schedule-l or equivalent and one & half years experience in the concerned specialty after obtaining post graduate degree or two and half years experience after obtaining post graduate diploma.

Application Fee: All General and OBC candidates are required to submit a non refundable crossed IPO/Bank Draft/Banker Cheque of Nationalized Bank for ₹ 100/- only in favour of Commandant, 25th Bn, SSB, Ghitorni, payable at State Bank of India, Sultanpur, New Delhi, Code No. 06837 along-with application form. SC, ST & Female candidates are exempted from paying fees.

How To Apply: Application as per specimen (Prescribed application Form) complete in all respects addressed to THE COMMANDANT, 25TH BN, SSB, GHITORNI PO- ARJUNGARH, NEW DELHI PIN CODE – 110047. Covers containing applications must be superscribed in bold letters as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF SPECIALIST MEDICAL OFFICERS (DEPUTY COMMAN-DANT)/MEDICAL OFFICERS (ASSISTANT COMMANDANT) in CAPFs-2015. The application must be accompanied by two self addressed stamped envelopes of 11.5 cms x 27.5 cms size.

The last date of receipt of application forms: 30 days from the date of publication of this advertisement in the Employment News dated 14th Nov 2015 (i.e. Last Date may be 14/12/2015). 45 days for the candidates residing in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Jammu & Kashmir, Lahaul and Spiti District and Pangi Sub Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep or abroad (i.e. Last date may be 28/12/2015).
